Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Parable platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. Description of Service

Parable provides an AI-powered security awareness training platform that enables organizations to conduct authorized simulated social engineering campaigns across email, SMS, and voice channels. The Service includes campaign creation, delivery, tracking, reporting, and employee training modules.

3. Authorization & Permitted Use

You may only use the Service to conduct simulated phishing and social engineering campaigns targeting employees or members of your own organization, or organizations that have provided explicit written authorization. You represent and warrant that:

• • You have proper authorization from your organization to conduct security training
• • All campaign recipients are employees or authorized members of your organization
• • You will comply with all applicable laws regarding electronic communications
• • You will not use the Service to target individuals without authorization

4. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

5. Data Ownership

Your organization retains ownership of all employee data, campaign content, and training results. You grant Parable a limited license to process this data solely for the purpose of delivering the Service. We may use anonymized, aggregated data to improve our platform.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• • Use the Service to conduct unauthorized phishing attacks against individuals or organizations
• • Collect real credentials, financial information, or sensitive personal data through simulations
• • Use the Service to harass, intimidate, or cause harm to any individual
• • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service
• • Resell, sublicense, or provide the Service to third parties without authorization

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Parable shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Parable from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the Service at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We will make your data available for export for a reasonable period following termination.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify account administrators of material changes. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
